This course will provide participants the opportunity to develop the skills to motivate and manage groups of people and develop and implement related business plans. Learn to how to manage operational plans, develop and use emotional intelligence, and lead and manage workplace relationships. Discover how to manage budgets and financial plans, manage people and workforce planning, including the recruitment, selection and induction of teams.

Admission Criteria
This course is available to international students who are able to provide evidence that they:
- have completed year 12 or equivalent
- are over the age of 18
- meet one of the following English proficiency requirements:
– a valid IELTS score of 5.5 or other minimum test scores indicated here: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/stud/more/student-visa-english-language-requirements
– successfully completed Year 12 or equivalent in the English Language.
As this course is only available for international students, it is a condition of entry that upon acceptance, students provide evidence of having an Australian Student Visa (subclass 500). Please refer to the government website for information about applying: https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/500- - You will also need to complete a Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment at the time of enrolment.
